Annual Well Checks

The American Academy of Pediatric recommends well check-ups every year between the ages of 2 and 18. The spring and summer months are ideal to be seen. Please anticipate your children’s camp and sports physicals in enough time to deal with any unexpected problems. Please bring the physical form to your appointment.
